В век информатизации и развития высоких технологий все чаще при строительстве крупных коммерческих сооружений и частных домовладений собственники задумываются не только о стоимости возведения, но и о расходах во время последующей эксплуатации. На первый план выходят строительные материалы, качество которых соответствует критериям: долговечности, прочности и экономической эффективности. Теплоизоляционные плиты PIR с большим запасом соответствуют всем предъявляемым требованиям.
Полиуретан уже давно прочно вошел в нашу жизнь. Привычные вещи, автомобиль, холодильник, матрасы для кровати, кроссовки производятся с его применением. PIR — производный полимер полиуретана, называемый пенополиизоцианурат, одновременно совмещает сразу несколько ценных качеств: долговечность, прочность и низкая теплопроводность.
Теплоизоляция PIR уже получила широкое распространение за рубежом. Так, практически половина стадионов в Бразилии, на которых в рамках мундиаля 2014 проходили лучшие футбольные матчи, построены с применением PIR.
К Чемпионату мира по футболу — 2014 было построено 12 стадионов, при устройстве кровли пяти из них применялась теплоизоляция PIR: арена «Кастелан» (Форталеза), «Фонте-Нова» (Сальвадор), «Арена Пернамбуку» (Ресифи), «Арена Пантанал» (Куяба) и «Арена Коринтианс» (Сан-Паулу). Особенность данного материала состоит в том, что он обладает высокими теплоизоляционными свойствами и прочностью на сжатие, при этом подходит для монтажа кровельного пирога с основанием из железобетона или стального профилированного листа.

«Арена Коринтианс» принимала первый матч мундиаля в 2014 году, тогда за победу сражались сборные Бразилии и Хорватии. Стадион, построенный в 1960 году, к Чемпионату мира подвергся полной реконструкции. Летом 2014 года на стадионе «Арена Сан-Паулу» (это официальное название по версии FIFA) состоялась грандиозная церемония открытия главного футбольного события, которую увидели 65 000 зрителей.
Кровля, а ее площадь составила 34 868 м², устроена следующим образом: основание из стального профилированного листа, поверх которого укладывалась тепло- и звукоизоляция. Слой утеплителя выполнен из плит PIR, армированных с двух сторон стеклохостом. Гидроизоляция смонтирована при помощи ТПО мембраны.
По словам главного архитектора Анибала Коутиньо, этот стадион создан для болельщиков, его строила команда первоклассных специалистов. Так, проект кровли разработан под руководством немецкого инженера Вернера Зобека. Он яркий сторонник известной концепции «трех нулей». Показатели потребления, выбросов и отходов стремятся к нулю, то есть сооружение отвечает принципам экологической устойчивости. На крыше спортивной арены даже установили солнечные батареи мощностью 1 МВт.
Материалы, применяемые для возведения спорткомплекса, соответствуют требованиям устойчивого (зеленого) строительства. Теплоизоляционные плиты PIR также отвечают этим критериям. Они производятся по технологии HCFC-free. Это означает, что при производстве не образуется фреон — газ, разрушающий озоновый слой. PIR полностью безвреден для человека и окружающей среды, при этом, благодаря теплоизоляционным свойствам, позволяет в значительной степени экономить энергозатраты в течение всего срока эксплуатации. Кроме того, PIR подлежит вторичной переработке, то есть даже после окончания срока службы не наносит вред окружающему миру.

При возведении объектов такого масштаба безопасность — один из основных критериев, которым руководствуются проектировщики, инженеры и строители. Особое внимание уделяется прочности конструкции и пожаробезопасности, ведь вместимость стадионов бразильского мундиаля от 42 000 до 77 000 зрителей. С такой нагрузкой способны справиться лишь исключительно надежные материалы и конструкции, произведенные по современным технологиям.
Нельзя оставлять за скобками и нагрузки, связанные с воздействием внешней среды: ветры, палящее солнце, обильные ливни (характерны для климата Бразилии), передвижение сотрудников (как во время монтажа, так и при последующей эксплуатации).
Теплоизоляционный материал PIR переносит без ущерба для себя подобные нагрузки. Основу плит PIR составляют жесткие закрытые ячейки, заполненные газом. Обладая легким весом, этот материал одновременно демонстрирует рекордные показатели теплопроводности, механической прочности и пожаробезопасности. При воздействии открытого огня на утеплитель, его верхний слой обугливается, тем самым препятствуя дальнейшему распространению пламени. Показатели теплопроводности PIR впечатляют даже заядлых скептиков — λ=0,022 Вт/м°К. В настоящий момент это самый низкий коэффициент теплопроводности среди всех видов утеплителя, что позволяет применять более тонкий его слой при монтаже кровельного пирога. Так, теплоизоляция PIR толщиной 1,6 см удерживает тепло, как бетонная стена толщиной 1,34м! (Источник)
Благодаря повышенной прочности материала, он играет ключевую роль в сохранении долговечности всей конструкции в целом и гидроизоляции в частности. Важно помнить, что гидроизоляционный слой на 80% зависит от жесткости основания (по оценке экспертов компании ТехноНИКОЛЬ).
Это означает, что толщина, геометрия, масса и прочие физико-механические показатели теплоизоляции определяют срок службы и гидроизоляционного слоя.

Кровельный пирог, в основе которого применена PIR плита, обладает прочным основанием. Его срок службы составляет 25 лет без потери первоначальных свойств.
Высокие показатели жесткости инновационного материала были подтверждены на испытаниях, проведенных по методике BDA Marathon Man Test. На образцы оказывалось динамическое воздействие, равное по силе перемещению человека весом 70 кг с грузом 30 кг. По итогам исследований было выявлено, что PIR обладает наивысшим классом устойчивости к пешеходных нагрузкам.
Он выдерживает более 30 циклов без потери прочности.
И в жаркое лето, и в холодную зиму
Показатели прочности, теплопроводности и пожаробезопасности быстро помогли теплоизоляции PIR снискать славу надежного материала по всему земному шару. В любых климатических зонах он сохраняет свое качество, ведь PIR применятся в широком диапазоне температур от -65°С до +110°С.
Наибольшее распространение PIR получил в США, где ему нет альтернативы при устройстве плоских кровель.
В России первооткрывателем инновационного утеплителя стала космическая отрасль. Его применяли при строительстве известного комплекса «Энергия-Буран». По сути, это единственный материал, способный обеспечить теплоизоляцию топливных баков. В условиях серьезных перегрузок в топливных емкостях должна поддерживаться постоянная температура жидкого водорода и кислорода.
В настоящее время теплоизоляция PIR постепенно завоевывает российский рынок. До недавних пор материал был преимущественно привозным. В 2015 году с открытием завода компании ТехноНИКОЛЬ в Рязани ситуация начала принципиально меняться. Производственная линия по праву считается самой мощной и технологичной в СНГ — способна выпускать 60 метров продукции в минут. Новый завод стал одним из крупнейших предприятий в мире по производству PIR.
