Ремонт электрокамина
Разновидностей и типов электрокаминов огромное количество, они могут отличаться по форме, мощности, материалу корпуса и многому другому. Но по конструкции они мало в чем имеют отличия.
Речь идет именно о каминах, где нагревательным элементом является нихромовая проволока, скрученная в спираль определенной длины.
Сечение проволоки может отличаться, она колеблется от 0,4 до 0,8мм?, но все же самой «ходовой» является проволока 0,6мм?. Чтобы витки во время работы не соединялись между собой и не происходило замыкание, для их фиксации используют жаростойкий каркас.
Это может быть слюдяная пластина или керамическая трубка с канавками для укладывания витков.
Именно о таком виде камина с керамической трубкой, пойдет речь в этой статье.
Они легки, мобильны и довольно эффективны. Как и все оборудование на большие токи, камины работают в экстремальном режиме и периодически требуют обслуживания или ремонта.
Ниже, будет описана основная поломка и ремонт спирального электрокамина на мощность 1000 Вт. Эта модель электроприбора была выпущена еще в семидесятые годы, но с успехом применяется и сейчас, давая фору современным аппаратам.
Такой успех этой модели прост — это хорошее качество, запас прочности и надежный материал корпуса. Интересно, что из трех одинаковых каминов, попавших на ремонт в мастерскую, проблема их неработоспособности была одна и та же.
Итак, вот этот аппарат во всей своей красе.
Он имеет нагревательный элемент в виде керамической трубки, на которую накручена нихромовая проволока. Поверх трубки с нихромом, надето кварцевое стекло. Оно служит для того, чтобы на спираль не попадал мусор и не пересушивался воздух в помещении, так как открытый нихром сжигает кислород.

Корпус изготовлен из металла, в месте выхода тепла сделана решетка, а по бокам прикручиваются «барашками» Г-образные ножки.
С одной из сторон, находится соединительная коробка, в которой стоит монтажная клемма. Нихром со спирали проходит через боковое отверстие в корпусе и присоединяется к клемме.
Для предотвращения короткого замыкания нихрома на корпус, на выводы надеты керамические вставки.
С противоположной стороны спирали, проволока проходит в стеклянной трубке и также садиться на клеммник.
Начинаем разборку камина.
Первое, что необходимо сделать — это снять крышку коробки. Делается это с помощью прямой отвертки.
Когда крышка снята, под ней можно увидеть клеммник и подходящие к нему проводники.
В самой крышке находятся слюдяные прокладки, защищающие токоведущие цепи от случайного соприкосновения с корпусом.
Эти прокладки обязательно должны оставаться на своих местах, при установке крышки на место.
При осмотре можно увидеть, что концы питающего кабеля подгорели, а один совсем отвалился.
Произошло это скорее всего из-за плохого контакта на клемме, вследствие нагрева и ослабления зажима гайки.
Отводим отгоревший конец провода в сторону, и брызгаем на заржавевшее соединение аэрозолем ВД-40. Эта жидкость даст возможность со временем открутить зажимную гайку.
Пока раствор делает свое дело, прозвонкой проверяем целостность спирали.
При соединении прибора напрямую со шпильками, — цепь не показало. Но когда один (нижний) щуп был соединен непосредственно с проволокой, индикатор показал цепь.
Стало ясно, что по каким-то причинам в месте формирования посадочного кольца, произошел обрыв нихромовой проволоки. Возможно, при зажатии его гайкой, он уже был частично поврежден, ну а со временем,- от тряски или перегрева утонченного места,- произошел перелом нихрома.
В любом случае, оба соединения следует переделывать. Вначале откручиваем нижнюю, не ржавую гайку.
С ней проблем быть не должно.
Когда гайка будет откручена, надеваем на шпильку новую подготовленную шайбу.
Так, как кольцо проволоки оборвано, чтобы сделать новое, придется немного подтянуть нихром. Это сделать вполне возможно, только нужна особая аккуратность.
Следует снять несколько звеньев керамических изоляторов, и подтянув нихром, сделать петлю вокруг шпильки по часовой стрелке.
Далее, пробуем плоскогубцами открутить ржавую гайку. Нужно быть очень осторожным, не применяя слишком много силы, чтобы не сломать сам карболитовый корпус клеммника.
Чтобы не выломать шпильку, нижнюю гайку необходимо придерживать ключом. Снятые шайбы, заменяем на новые и надеваем на шпильку, поверх колец нихрома.
Следующий этап — это подготовка и соединение питающего кабеля. Откусываем 10 см кабеля со стороны горелых проводов.
Зачищаем концы проводов и делаем петли из проволоки, по часовой стрелке. Концы медных проволок заворачиваем за основание петли. Так, при зажиме петли гайкой, проволока не распуститься в стороны.
Петли также надеваем на шпильки, и поместив сверху еще шайбы,- завинчиваем зажимные гайки плоскогубцами. При необходимости используем торцевой ключ. Тут главное не переусердствовать, так как сильный зажим может сломать клемму, а недостаточный, увеличит нагрев соединения.
Перед тем, как надеть защитную крышку, прозвонкой проверяем цепь, соединив ее щупы с вилкой прибора. Индикация показывает, что с нагревателем все в порядке.
Надеваем крышку, следя за тем, чтобы слюдяные прокладки не выпали.
Закручиваем винт крепления крышки к корпусу, и включаем камин в сеть.
На фото видно, что спираль нагрелась до малинового цвета, что указывает на правильную работу прибора.
На этом ремонт окончен. Теперь электрокамин прослужит еще не один сезон.
