Процесс укладки
Первоначально рассчитывается оптимальная толщина стяжки, которая может быть от 4 до 6см, в зависимости от несущих возможностей строения, состояния основания и конструкции системы подогрева.
Выполняются работы по подготовке основания. Заделываются щели, выравниваются сильные перепады, ямы, вся поверхность тщательно очищается. На бетонное основание стелется теплоизоляционная прослойка (пенофол/ специальная фольга). По периметру стен крепится демпферная лента.
Выполняется укладка основы для туб отопления — маты для теплого пола. Проводятся работы по установке водяной системы обогрева.
Стяжка водяного пола выполняется только после полного монтажа и тестирования системы отопления. Под давлением она отстаивается 24 часа.
Раствор готовиться автоматически миксером пневмонагнетателя, по шлангам подаётся к месту работ и укладывается по выставленным маякам. Высота подачи возможна до 100м. Раствор в установке готовится на территории объекта, рядом с местом укладки, поэтому в самом помещении не будет грязи и шума, материалы ненужно подымать на этаж.
Далее производится выравнивание уложенного раствора механическим правилом и поверхность отшлифовывается специальной машиной. Прочная, ровная и гладкая поверхность тёплого пола готова.
Стяжка должна выстоять не менее 25 дней перед укладкой финишного покрытия и запуска системы обогрева. Первые две недели стяжку нужно увлажнять для полной гидратации цемента.
Первое включение системы проводится до укладки финишного покрытия. Разогреваться она должна постепенно. В первые сутки заданную t увеличивают на 3С, а в третьи сутки на 4С и так до выхода на рабочий режим. Только после этого можно выполнять монтаж напольного покрытия. После укладки покрытия интервал повышения t не должен превышать 1-2С в сутки.
Стоимость и экономическая выгода
За счёт механизации процесса полусухая стяжка в тёплый пол позволяет свести к минимуму трудоёмкость работ и расходы. Она выполняется максимально быстро, при задействовании техники и меньшего числа мастеров. Работает всего 3-4 специалиста. Цемент, песок, фиброволокно стоят недорого. Такая технология значимо сокращает расходы на материалах, так как нет необходимости закупать дополнительную гидроизоляцию, армирующую сетку, самовыравнивающиеся растворы.
Стоимость будет зависеть от толщины слоя стяжки, то есть, от конструкции обогревательной системы, первоначального состояния бетонной плиты и площади помещения. Чем площадь больше, тем дешевле, этот факт делает данный вариант наиболее выгодным для обустройства тёплых полов в коттеджах, загородных домах. Но и для квартир, новостроек цена полусухой стяжки на тёплый пол вполне приемлема, она варьируется от 400 рублей за м2 (с учётом материалов).
