Как работают штукатурные машины
В смесительную емкость аппарата загружается сухая штукатурка и вода. Пропорции компонентов запрограммированы. Механизированная штукатурка выполняется в 4-5 раз быстрее, чем работы, производимые вручную. И вместо бригады штукатуров потребуются услуги двух операторов, которые управляют машиной.
В чем преимущества механизированного способа отделки
Механизированные операции дают высококачественный результат, который сложно получить традиционным способом (особенно на больших поверхностях):
- штукатурный раствор получается однородным, требуемой консистенции;
- бесперебойная подача рабочей смеси позволяет добиться идеально ровного слоя – без образования «чешуек» и досадных трещин впоследствии;
- раствор идет под определенным давлением – неровности заполняются более плотно, обеспечивается высокая адгезия с поверхностью;
- достигается точная толщина слоя;

- машина работает эффективнее и быстрее человека;
- механизированный процесс исключает остановки для замеса очередной партии раствора;
- не требуются затраты времени для повторного чистового выравнивания выемок и бугорков;
- поверхность полностью готова под декоративную отделку уже через 2 – 6 дней после окончания штукатурных работ (в зависимости от толщины слоя и использованного состава).
