Нынешние технологии производства мало чем отличаются от тех, что использовались в прошлом веке. Клинкер все также остается основополагающим компонентом смеси, от которого зависят базовые показатели и качество материала. Природа его изготовления заключается в соединении известняка, глины и воды под воздействием термообработки.
При этом важен момент соблюдения пропорций, марки цемента и их расшифровка указывают на конфигурацию активных минеральных добавок, которые в некоторых случаях могут достигать 15% от всей массы. По своим показателям принято различать следующие виды цементного материала:
- портландцемент;
- гидрофобный;
- пластифицированный;
- белый и цветной;
- пуццолановый;
- шлаковый;
- сульфатостойкий.
Приведенный список далеко не полный, большая его часть относится к специализированным маркам. В капитальном строительстве главным связывающим элементом выступает портландцемент. В определенных случаях в его состав включают красящие вещества и различные стабилизационные добавки.
Одна из величин, характеризующих прочность состава, обозначена на упаковке в виде литер «ПЦ» или «М» и цифр, которые демонстрируют возможную величину нагрузки в кг/м³. Также марки цемента и их характеристика включают информацию по процентному содержанию добавочных ингредиентов.
Самые распространенные маркировки цементных смесей по классическому ГОСТ 22266-94:
- М300;
- М400;
- М500;
- М600.
Принято считать, что чем выше цифра прочности, тем изделие будет прочнее. Для специфических строительных работ, где требуется повышенная плотность, используют цементный материал М700 или более высшие марки.

Расшифрованные сведения по ГОСТ 31108-2003 выглядят следующим образом:

- Ш – шлак;
- И – известняк;

Далее производитель обязательно фиксирует класс прочности, соответствующий стандарту:
- 22,5;
- 32,5;
- 42,5;
- 52,5.
Эти показатели – главное отличие от прежнего ГОСТ, где классификация происходила по типу марок. Здесь же присутствует практически полное соответствие европейскому стандарту EN 197-1.
Как показывает практика, растворы классов 32,5 и 42,5 начинают твердеть через 1 час, остальные – через 30-45 минут.
Где применяется цемент М500 и его основные технические характеристики
Компоненты на основе цементного раствора с этой маркировкой применяются в фундаментных работах, а также при изготовлении плит перекрытий для промышленного и жилищного строительства. Таким образом, любые конструкции, требующие особой прочности, рекомендуется делать на основе данной смеси.
Наиболее востребованы технические характеристики общестроительного цемента М500 в следующих его модификациях:
- М500 Д0 – материал не содержит добавок, нашел широкое применение в строительных работах при производстве несущих и других прочных конструкций; имеет хорошие показатели по морозостойкости, а также гидрофобные свойства.
- М500 Д20 – в составе смеси присутствует 20% дополнительных компонентов; используется для изготовления фундамента и сборных элементов из железобетона.
- М500 Д20-ПЛ – портландцемент содержит до 20% гранулированного шлака и пластифицирующие добавки; применяется при формировании железобетонных конструкций, которые отличаются высокой коррозионной устойчивостью.
В продаже также можно встретить цементную продукцию «пятисотой» марки, в которой присутствуют ускорители набора прочности или твердения раствора. Они позволяют разжижать смесь без дополнительного расхода воды, прочность при этом не теряется.
