Как известно, сильный холодный ветер способен проникать даже в самые маленькие щели и отверстия. Когда это касается жилого дома, то в результате этого просто-напросто происходит “выход тепла”. Как результат, в жилых помещениях становится некомфортно, затраты на обогрев дома возрастают, а эффективность остается низкой.
Справится с такой проблемой помогут ветрозащитные плиты Изоплат. Они разработаны именно с целью обеспечить объект надежной защитой от продувания ветром.
Чтобы эффективность укладки ветрозащитных плит была максимальной, необходимо правильно их установить. Технология укладки простая, с работой вполне легко справиться самостоятельно даже малоопытному человеку. Но все же, свои тонкости и нюансы имеются. Поэтому рассмотрим процесс детальнее.
Монтаж ветрозащитных плит Isoplaat: основные этапы работ
Плиты монтируются и крепятся с внешней стороны стен:
- непосредственно на каркасе здания (если дом построен по каркасной технологии);
- плиты нашиваются на всю площадь кирпичного здания, сверху устанавливается обрешетка, а после установка навесного фасада.
ВАЖНО! Каждая плита должна быть по всему периметру, а также посередине прочно закреплена на каркасе или обрешетке.
То есть, необходимо предусмотреть такое расстояние между брусками, чтобы на одном бруске можно было закрепить две соседние плиты МДВП (с заходом на 12 ширины брусков). Между торцами закрепляемых плит необходимо оставлять зазор в 2-3 мм.
Для крепления плит Изоплат к каркасу или обрешетке могут использоваться:
- оцинкованные гвозди с широкой шляпкой;
- строительный степлер и скобы;
- саморезы с дополнительной шайбой
По возможности стоит выбрать второй вариант монтажа. В этом случае обеспечивается лучшее прилегание, надежную защиту от продувания.
Следующий важный момент – правильно организованная вентиляция фасада. Она играет важную роль в обеспечении долговечности установленных теплоизоляционных материалов, финишной отделки и самих стен дома.
Поверх установленных ветрозащитных плит устанавливается еще одна обрешетка (на нее монтируется облицовочный материал для фасада). Специалисты рекомендуют делать такую обрешетку из 2-х брусков, хотя вполне возможен вариант и с одним бруском. Дело в том, что в этом закрытом пространстве будут образовываться воздушные потоки, движущиеся от фундамента к кровле. Она необходима для осушения фасада, защиты его от губительного воздействия влаги, увеличения срока службы самого здания.
Крепление нужно проводить так, чтобы плита захватывалась на расстоянии не менее 2 см от края. Расстояние между точками крепления – не более 10 см по периметру, не более 20 см – в середине плиты.
Работы по обшивке дома ветрозащитными плитами рекомендуется проводить в строительный сезон и к его завершению полностью закончить. В этом случае с наступлением холодов вы уже сможете заметить ощутимую разницу в уровне тепла и комфорта в собственном доме.
Ветрозащитные плиты Изоплат при условии правильного их монтажа способны эффективно служить долгие годы, сохраняя свои свойства и характеристики, отлично справляясь с непосредственной функцией – защитой дома от продувания потоками холодных ветров.
